Chalk Pastel Spider Web Art Project
First graders in Mrs. Carter’s class ended their fantastic study of spiders and webs by designing their own web and spider.
They used glue to design the web, let it dry and then used chalk pastels to decorate the inside.
The spiders were created with watercolor paint and crayons. Students worked hard on using complementary colors on their spiders and webs. If you see a first grader from Mrs. Carter’s class, ask them about spiders because they are experts!
