Construction Paper Gingerbread Person Craft
The month of November is almost over, with the soon-to-arrive December being full of Christmas-themed fun. At Sunshine Club Daycare, they made gingerbread men and women out of construction paper that looked just like real cookies! They used markers, glue, and buttons to make the gingerbread people look amazing.
Materials needed to make gingerbread people
To make your own gingerbread people you will need the following:
*Brown construction paper
*Scissors
*Glue
*Markers
*Buttons/tinsel/other loose parts
How to make your gingerbread people
Follow these steps to create your gingerbread people:
1. Take your brown construction paper and cut it into the shape of a gingerbread person
2. Lay your gingerbread person down on the table.
3. Use your markers to draw a face or clothes.
4. Glue on buttons, tinsel, and other loose parts to further decorate your gingerbread person.
5. Wait for the glue to dry.
6. Show everyone your gingerbread person!
