Ladybug Construction Paper Craft
They made ladybugs out of construction paper at the Little Honey Bee Preschool! It was a fun activity that encouraged creativity and incorporated some math skills as the kids counted up their spots for their ladybugs.
Materials needed for this craft
To make your own ladybug you will need the following:
*White construction paper or some other light color for mounting
*Red and black construction paper you will be cutting
*Scissors
*Glue
How to do this craft
To make your own ladybug you can follow these steps:
1. Cut your red construction paper into the shape of a ladybug to the best of your abilities
2. Glue your ladybug outline onto your white/lightly colored construction paper.
3. Cut black dots out of your black construction paper.
4. Glue your black dots onto your ladybug's outline.
5. Wait for the glue to dry and then count up how many dots you put on your ladybug for fun!
