Learning About Germs via Class Activities
At Community Preschool and Childcare they learned all about germs via doing a variety of fun and educational class activities!
The kids practiced counting by counting-up germs on hands and noting how many germs there were. It was a fun hygiene-themed counting activity.
Everyone crafted their own germs out of construction paper and decorative pieces. This allowed them to make their own fun and exciting looking germs!
The kids touched two pieces of bread. They touched one piece with their dirty hands and another piece after they had washed their hands. Then these pieces of bread were put in resealable bags. Everyone guessed which piece they thought would grow mold or otherwise look nasty.
It was an entertaining and exciting week learning about germs and doing fun activities themed for them.
