Make-Believe Taco Paper Craft for Kids
At Go-Go Hanwell Preschool they did a fun craft where they made pretend tacos out of craft paper! The kids used different pieces and colors of paper to simulate a taco and it looked so real when they were done!
Materials needed for this paper craft
To build your make-believe taco you will need:
*Scissors
*Glue
*White or yellow construction paper
*Red construction paper
*Brown construction paper
*Green construction paper
*Orange construction paper
How to make the pretend taco
Follow these steps to create your taco:
1. Take your white/yellow construction paper and cut it into a large circle. This will be your tortilla
2. Take the red construction paper and cut it into little squares. These are your peppers.
3. Take the brown construction paper and cut it into small squares. These are your meat.
4. Take your green construction paper and cut it into small strips. These are your lettuce.
5. Take your orange construction paper and cut it into small strips. These are your cheddar cheese.
6. Glue your peppers, meat, lettuce, and cheese onto the tortilla.
7. Wait for the glue to dry and show everyone your make-believe taco!
