Mr Potato Head Template
Hello, I am an Art and Preschool Teacher in Southlake and this week we are finishing learning everything about our Body, Our World, and All About Me. I came across this Mr. Potato Head template and I thought this would be a great way for the kids to learn about their sense but where is our body parts. I have 2 ideas in mind: the first one is for the kids to make the mr. potato head and I will add in double sized removeable tape so they can use it for imagination play as well. Then after everyone is done making their own, I am going to have the parents move around the piece of each body part and see if they kids notice anything wrong and have them correct it. After this, I am going to use a big piece of paper and put it on my wall for the kids can help me draw in eyes, mouth, nose, etc. on the face. I also thought about making a game for my preschooler like pin the tail on a donkey but with a big potato head body and just cute out the other body parts.
