Money is an extremely important aspect of society. We use it to buy goods and services and get receive it for working at jobs.
Many uses for play money
This money is not real, but is great to use as, "Play money." Kids can utilize it for dramatic play as well as to practice counting skills, and--if they're older--work on how to make change! Substituting these bills for currency in board games can be a great way to subtly introduce real-world money skills in play activities, or you could even use these as rewards dollars for chores or other responsibility-building exercises. Then this reward money can be used to, "Buy," different toys you offer kids the options of, "Purchasing."
