Pumpkin seed growing life cycle
I would like to use these worksheets to teach the kids about the life cycle of a pumpkin but also at the same time to teach them to sit on their chairs by growing a pumpkin. If they stay in their chair the seed will sprout then grow a flower and turn into a green pumpkin and then finally into an orange pumpkin.They will learn to sit and if they sit then the seed will change into the next life cycle to finally a pumpkin and by the time it does they will have stayed in their seats.I have heard from some other K teachers that have tried this and it has worked wonders for the students to learn to sit at the beginning of the year.
