Red Fish and Blue Fish Color Sorting Craft
We shared some Dr. Seuss-themed activities earlier and this one works perfectly with them too! They did a great color sorting craft based upon the rhyme, "One fish two fish, red fish blue fish," at Majestic Harbor Children's Center, and the kids loved it.
Matching the colors
To do this craft the children were presented with a fish that had a red outline and a fish that had a blue outline. The fish each had a bunch of glue inside their outlines. All the kids took pieces of red and blue construction paper, then put the blue pieces in the blue outline and the red pieces within the red outline. It was a great matching activity and a fun craft!
