At Brighten Academy Preschool they had a stellar time doing an apple stamping activity! It made for some great art.

Materials needed for apple stamping

To do this activity you will need:

*Apples

*A sharp knife (to cut the apples in half)

*Popsicle Sticks

*Paint (tempera or acrylic works well)

*Construction Paper

How to do the apple stamping activity

Follow these steps to do the apple stamping activity:

1. Take your apples and cut them in half--CAREFULLY!

2. Stick a popsicle stick into the non-cut side of the apples.

3. Dip the cut side of your apples into the paint.

4. Take your apple with the paint on it and stamp it on your construction paper.

5. Keep dipping and stamping apples until you are done.

6. Wait for the paint to dry and show off your creation!
