Learning numbers

Learning numbers in preschool. I teach in a school in France. It is a bilingual school with children ages 2 - 6. We also did a sensory table activity where I hid numbers in rice and they had to find the matching number. The children really seemed to enjoy all the activities, but the younger kids needed help and assistance. Since I teach in a bilingual school, it is even more important to keep the activities engaging and interesting because many don’t speak any English. Some of the other things we have also learned are: seasons, shapes, weather, and alphabet. We are going to be learning about the 5 senses and emotions in the next few weeks so the lessons provided by this website will be perfect for my students
