Fun indoor activities that my 3 year olds throughly enjoy
When we cant get outside due to weather. The kids love bowling and hopscotch. For hopscotch, I use painters tape and place numbers and letters in the squares and have each child hop at a certain square, pick up the item and cotinue on to the end.
The bowling game has helped my kiddos to understand waiting, taking turns, sharing, group play, gross motor skills and patience.
Painting icecubes has to be one of their favorite I door activities. They have such delight watching the colors melt. This is an inexpensive activity and it holds their attention for a time. My kiddos last about half hour during this activity. They like to go around and look at everyone's creations.
