Planting and Understanding the world
During our theme about light, we had to stop and shed the lights to plants and the sunlight.
The idea of planting beans in cotton was new to the kids, they loved it.
They added the cotton then the beans and after pouring some water on them they took the cotton out and squeezed it.
The activity was so much fun for them, as it can be seen as a sensory activity too. Kids love to play with water and they also love to contribute to big things.
Knowing that planting those beans can lead to plants growing, they were so interested about watering them everyday and watching them grow
The kids showed responsibility through this activity and followed up.
