Superhero Creative Writing Worksheeet

I used this with middle schoolers, but it can really be differentiated to a lot of different age-types to work on expressive language, writing, and vocabulary skills. The idea is you have the students create their own superhero identity and choose 3 superpowers, then detail why they want those superpowers. If you have more time or maybe need a more in-depth activity, you can have them write a short story with their superhero in it, or write a paragraph putting together all those reasons why they want those superpowers they picked. You could even go over some common superpowers they might know from popular superheroes (i.e., Superman, what powers does he have? Flight, laser eyes, super-strength, etc.).
