The story of Ario
Hello!
Due to the pandemic situation I thought about an activity of reading and learning about how to protect of coronavirus. As you know for small children is quite difficult to understand how they can protect themselves and the people they love from viruses. They also had an awful year last year when we had to stay at home and learn and play online. Another reason why I have chosen the story is that my children love stories and they are also great at drawing. The children learned from the Dragon Ario that is good to wash hands, how to cough or sneeze, how to keep distance, how to protect other pe
ople. After I finished telling the story the children were able to watch and read the pictures by themselves. They loved to draw scenes from the story. Most of them have a fabulous imagination and they drawn Ario or his travel around the around the world. But the most important thing is that they know now how to protect themselves and that we have to stay friends even if someone has the virus.
