Fairytale Scavenger Hunt

They read fairytales and then incorporated all the ones they learned into a fairytale-themed scavenger hunt throughout the school! The kids loved reading classic stories and then finding items that corresponded with those tales. You can easily create your own fairytale scavenger hunt too!

Ideas for a fairytale scavenger hunt

If you are going to hold your own fairytale-themed scavenger hunt you can do a number of fairytale-themed clues for people to locate! Here are some suggestions:

*A slipper, like Cinderella's slipper

*A stuffed bear, like the Three Little Bears

*A frog, like the Frog Prince

*A crown, like royals in fairytales wear

*A bean or a pea, like the Princess and the Pea

*A pumpkin, like Cinderella's carriage

*A magic wand, as seen in many fairytales

*An apple, like in Snow White

*Anything else you can think of

Place these items around a classroom or school building, make a scavenger hunt guide and let the students start looking!
