Making a house with shapes
We made a house out of different geometric shapes, one large square, two small ones, and two rectangles
And triangle and circles
The large square was the foundation of the house, the triangle was the roof, while the rectangle was one of them a chimney and the other a door, while the circles were the grass surrounding the house, and the small squares were the windows.
I made them in different colors and different sizes so that the child learns the contrast between big and small
And also the names of the colors
This means that he learns three scientific aspects from this activity: size, color. The word “house” is where the child lives
