To familiarize young learners with the different parts of a house and
To develop vocabulary related to house parts
I'm Soumia ,I'm Algerian English teacher and this how I'd presented house's parts for my littles angels
I Showed a picture or visual aid of a house and asked the students to name the parts they already know. I told them that they will learn more about the different parts of a house
I Displayed visual aids and flashcards of various house parts on the whiteboard and I introduced each house part one by one, stating its name and demonstrating its function. by pronouncing the words clearly and inviting the students repeat after me.
As a task I asked the students to match each flashcard with the corresponding house part on a poster, and draw their own houses, incorporating the different house parts they have learned.
After they finish, the students shared their artwork with their classmates,and described the different house parts they included.
At the end I Gathered the students together and reviewed the house parts they learned during the lesson.
