Match Games in a Circuit Form
The children did a math circuit. Various games were played including shut the box and a kind of game of the goose. In the game of the goose, the children had to divide numbers. The aim of the lesson was to recognize numbers in the shut the box game. The goal of the goose game was to split numbers under 10. Both activities involved working with dice, where the children learn to recognize the dice patterns.
There was also an activity where children were allowed to color a number coloring page, unfortunately no pictures were taken of this. The children were very excited. They were especially happy with the game shut the box, in the end they all received the game shut the box as a gift for Sinterklaas. At parent meetings we heard that children also wanted to play this at home with parents and brothers and sisters.
