Five Senses Activity for Preschool Students
If you want to help your preschoolers learn about the five senses having sorting cards they mix-and-match is a great way to do so!
These printable cards have a young boy demonstrating his sense along with text talking about his body part doing the sense -- "My nose can smell," and he is smelling a flower. Each sense being demonstrated and talked about has a sorting card that matches, such as a picture of a nose for the action of smelling a flower.
Five Senses Cards
By using these sorting cards preschoolers can learn how certain actions go with other senses. You always, taste things with your mouth and hear sounds with your ears--but you would not see anything with your nose, for example! Putting the correct body-part with its sense is a fantastic way to differentiate between all the senses and your preschoolers will have a lot of fun doing this activity!
