"Found," Items Instruments

At Hanging Moss Preschool, the children created instruments out of an assortment of, "Found," items. Some used leftover toys, others picked items that would otherwise be thrown in the trash, a few used office supplies, and more! The creativity of the students was extremely impressive to witness.

Guitar

One child made a guitar with rubber bands, a tin pan, and a piece of a toy sword!

Tambourine

Another kiddo made a tambourine with a paper plate and some craft bells she glued onto it in addition to a piece of rope to help make it easy to carry.

Maracas

This little one created some maracas with the assistance of some wrapping paper!

Ukulele

Another student created a ukulele out of a piece of wood and an empty teabag box. The kids were all so creative!
