Mr potato head. Cut, color and glue activity
Introduce face parts vocabulary and build your own funny face/head.
Kids find the face parts
Head, eyes, eyebrows, mouth, ears, nose, hair… color and cut then glue on the big head.
We also played hide and seek the parts in different locations inside the classroom. We show flash cards to small students and just say the words out loud to older ones. They hear the word and need to find the part.
Then rush to color and past it on the head. Good activity to learn body/face parts and have fun crafting and laughing about the funny faces at the end. Use of colored pencils, markers, paint…
