Recycled People Craft for Kids
At Animal House Preschool they had an educational segment on, "Litter bugs," and the idea of taking items that would normally be thrown away or recycled and using them in creative ways. With that in mind, they created people out of leftover cups, boxes, paper, and other debris.
Materials needed for this craft
The main idea of this craft is to use leftover items that you would normally toss away in the garbage or recycling. Build-up items by saving scrap paper, cups, cardboard, pipe cleaners, food boxes, or other items. Then, you'll just need glue, scissors, and tape to assemble your people out of recycled items!
How to do the recycled people craft
To do this craft follow these steps:
1. Gather your leftover items for this craft as well as your glue, scissors, and tape.
2. Before gluing or taping anything together test-out putting things together and seeing what works to make your recycled people.
3. Start assembling your recycled people with the scissors, glue, and tape.
4. Wait for any glue you used to dry and then display your creation!
