Rocket Twirlers Craft
At Busy Bees Preschool, they have been learning about space and rockets. As a part of this, they made their own rockets with individual pieces connected by strings so that they could twirl in the wind; they were rocket twirlers!
Creating impressive rockets
The kids took their construction paper and cut it into blue squares and red triangles. The triangles looked like rocket exhaust. After making these squares they lined them up and took some glue. They squirted the glue in a line and then laid down a string to connect the squares and the rocket exhaust. They let the glue dry and then picked up their rocket and watched as it twirled around! All the kids had a lot of fun making these rocket twirlers and imagining them flying through space.
